Kelly Johnson grew up in the Seattle area. She spent time living in both Chicago and Dallas, developing her strong background in sales, before returning to the Pacific Northwest and making her home on the Olympic Peninsula with her husband Bruce. Pursuing her passion for sales and negotiation, she became a licensed real estate broker in 2006 and quickly rose to become one of the top selling brokers in the Port Angeles and Sequim areas.
Kelly serves as your guide in the real estate process. Buying and selling a home can come with many questions and she removes the fear and complexity out of transactions by explaining what everything means, presenting information concisely and taking you every step of the way.
She provides intimate knowledge of the area and the inventory along with concierge-level service by doing the research for you, arranging workers and contractors, and communicating directly with escrow so you can have peace of mind that the details are being handled. She works tirelessly for a seamless and stress-free experience for each and every one of her clients.
Communication is key and Kelly believes it’s important to keep you in the loop and provide communication that is above and beyond your expectations. She loves building long-term relationships with clients and staying in-touch after the transaction is complete.
In her free-time, Kelly enjoys going on outings with her hiking group and spoiling her dog, Lola. Immersing herself in the community through volunteer work or by just lending a helping hand to support a friend or colleague keeps her connected to the pulse of the Peninsula. Whether it’s a Chamber of Commerce luncheon, volunteering on the YMCA board, or attending local fundraising events, she excels at making connections in the community and beyond.
By working with Kelly, you’ll have a broker with over 11 years of real estate experience and powerful negotiation skills that will give you an edge over the competition. Expect stellar customer service and excellent communication because Kelly Johnson raises the bar for real estate brokers.
